Reducing the risk of an injury is our ultimate goal.” Along with this, Fit Legend Inc also provides expert knowledge on various fitness and health topics for blogs, magazines, and fitness websites.
CJ Hammond’s vision for his business directly correlates with his vision for his clients “Move. Recover. Move Again.” Many might assume CJ is an overnight success, however that is not the case. He went through many trials and tribulations throughout the process of starting his own business and each time he would recover, come up with a detailed plan on how to move forward, and move again. The determination and mindset that CJ Hammond has is the key to success. Not one entrepreneur has had a smooth journey to success, but it is how you deal with the obstacles and what you learn from them that will determine the trajectory of your business.
As for the future of Fit Legend Inc, CJ Hammond is focusing on providing the best possible training services to his clients, transitioning his business onto the online world, and creating an athleisure line as well. Sports Performance Training is a collection of integrated systems inspired by EXOS Training Systems to enhance an athlete’s performance and decrease risk of injury. With this service, athletes will be educated on proper nutrition, functional movement techniques, and workout recovery. Human Performance Training is a collection of functional training movements and programs for anyone looking to improve quality of life through everyday tasks. CJ Hammond can also train you in Boxing which is one of the best physical workouts which will challenge you mentally but empower you like no other. Lastly, Regeneration is focused on the key elements of recovery where Fit Legend Inc will help facilitate this process by various stretching and functional movement techniques along with various soft tissue methods.
CJ Hammond got started with his business because of his passion for working out, and once his college football days were over he wanted to help others become healthy and help athletes achieve their goals. His greatest joy is knowing that he has made someone feel better by taking one hour out of their busy day.
