For as long as she can remember, artistry has run through her veins. Born in France where her love for dance was founded, Audie B moved to Australia at the age of seven which she acknowledges as being her second home, having elevated her passion for dance. From ballet to contemporary and modern jazz, Audie B studied at prestigious institutions including the National College of Dance at only nine years old under the renowned Marie Walton Mahon. This allowed Audie B the room to grow in her creativity and artistry alike in the entertainment industry. To this day, dance continues to be the source of inspiration for Audie B’s songwriting and performance.
Bouncing all over the globe, Audie B pursued the completion of her academic studies and later became a resident dancer aboard Ponant Cruise Lines for three years where she immersed herself in the all landscapes and cultures travelling had to offer. Meanwhile, she dedicated all her free time productively to acting, dance, and songwriting (much like she does today).
“I have always embraced my duality,” Audie notes, in thinking about her unique background. With a shake of French fearlessness and a dash of Australian charm, it is in fact this perfect multicultural recipe that defines Audie B as she takes on the world.
Audie B regularly implements her cultural identities into both her professional and personal life with aims to continue pursuing her international career and growing artistry.
As a self-proclaimed “worldwide child,” rising rapper, dancer, and songwriter Audie B has the dual-citizenship of both Australia and France under her belt.
When asked to consider the downsides of having dual-citizenship, Audie B candidly states that she often finds herself “torn between two countries” but that the advantages by far outweigh the disadvantages. She shares that she owes the entirety of her artistic journey to all the unique opportunities dual citizenship has offered her including “the beauty of having choices.”
Audie B applies all she has learned along to the way to shaping her craft. In fact, her w
orldwide single “Oye Profesor” which recently hit nearly fifty-thousand views on her Youtube channel alone, implements both Spanish and English.
For the time being, Audie B is settled back in Paris where she collaborated with JS MUSIK in 2018 to further her professional rap and hip-hop craft. Having officially launched into her full-time career as a rap and hip-hop artist, her worldwide singles including “Jealous,” “Harlequin,” and “Never Stop” are available on all major streaming platforms.
