Like every hopeful, Aaron Ware dreamt of making it big someday. But what he didn’t anticipate were all the roadblocks that he had to overcome to become a millionaire. But through perseverance, he’s achieved his dream today, and he’s how he did it:
Believe In Your Craft
At the tender age of eleven, Ware says that he knew high school wasn’t for him. In what seemed like putting all his eggs in one basket, he dropped out and went into his first job as an electrician.
He helped his stepfather, who owned an electric company, and later changed to construction and mining. If anything, seeing men old enough to be his father, struggle showed him that this life wasn’t for him.
And that’s when he started to plan his financial freedom. His plan wasn’t perfect, but he believed in what he wanted to do. He was ready to learn, and that’s what he says made him succeed. And if he did it, then anyone can
Start, Even Without Capital
His frustrations with working hard while missing out on moments his loved ones pushed him to think outside the box.
It became clear to him – he’d have to be ready to put in the hours.
At first, with just his close friend, they got to work, seeking opportunities wherever they could.
He says he remembers going from door to door, begging people to hire him as an electrical technician.
Eventually, his hard work paid off, and he finally secured significant deals!
The business he’d started from virtually nothing began to gain traction and earn him thousands. Eventually, he turned it into an eight-digit enterprise with multiple sectors, bigger than the humble begins it started as.
When asked what his secret was, he had this to say – He just started. For him, the fear of living the rest of his life struggling was enough to give him the courage to take the leap and start his company.
And that’s all it took, once the wheel was rolling, he could face whatever challenges came his way.
The Mistakes You Make Will Help You Grow
He honestly shares how his journey wasn’t smooth sailing. Throughout, his business encountered many problems that seemed to increase with each month.
At some point, he purchased the wrong equipment and had to face the challenge of being put off-budget, having virtually flushed the money down the drain.
Sometimes it was a problem related to his employees, people he trusted let him down, and all these lost him money.
Everything he went through, however, came as a lesson for him to do better.
There’ll be moments when you’ll be frustrated to the point where you feel as though you’re about to break down. According to Ware, these are defining moments – don’t give up. If you want to succeed, you’ll have to learn to weather the storm and survive those days.
Understand How Marketing Works
One thing he admits he had to learn fast was the power of marketing. In fact, he swears by it, getting the people you’ve worked for to testify on your behalf is one thing.
The other is understating how to sell your services convincingly using online marketing. And if you don’t know-how, then find videos to teach you.
He also advises new business owners to hone skills that’ll save them in the long run. Learning how to balance your accounting books, for example, will give you an appreciation for the balance of generating and using money. This, in turn, will make you more mindful as you run your business.
His Course
In retrospect, Aaron reflects on how hard his journey was, and confesses that policies could be put in place to alleviate some of those bumps.
His experiences as a stressed-out entrepreneur have led him to open up a course to help all those struggling like he was.
This training is free and aims to equip all those in construction and trading. Ware believes that the lack of guidance in running your business is the reason why most enterprises fail.
So his course will guide all newbies so that they can build their companies without half the stress he had to endure.
